NexGen Technologies Wins Bureau of Land Management Contract to Deliver Rangeland Administration System (RAS) O&M Support

Lakewood, CO – 9/29/2025 – NexGen Technologies, Inc., a leading small business provider of federal IT services and solutions, is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a new contract with the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for the Rangeland
Administration System (RAS).
This award reflects NexGen’s proven expertise supporting federal agencies with innovative, reliable, and cost-effective IT solutions. Under this contract, NexGen will deliver application operations, maintenance, and enhancement services for RAS—a mission-critical permit and billing system that manages more than 18,000 grazing applications and authorizations annually, generates over 21,000 bills, and integrates with the Collections and Billing System (CBS) to track and distribute over $14 million in grazing receipts. Our team will provide program management, system monitoring, reporting, database support, security compliance, and iterative release management to ensure system stability, efficiency, and long-term mission value.
