NexGen Awarded Two NASA SEWP VI Contracts

Together, these awards position NexGen to support Federal Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) requirements through two complementary delivery models. Category B supports large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives spanning departments, locations, shared services, and complex agency environments, while Category C supports customized implementations tied to a defined mission, program, system, or operational function. Agencies can access NexGen capabilities across service areas such as:

Streamlined Access Through NASA SEWP VI
Administered by NASA, SEWP VI is a multiple-award Governmentwide Acquisition Contract that will provide federal agencies and their approved contractors with a streamlined path to acquire ITC/AV solutions and services. The program supports governmentwide technology acquisition through standardized ordering procedures, online tools, and customer support.
NASA currently anticipates that SEWP VI will go live on November 1, 2026, with a 10-year ordering period through October 31, 2036, subject to NASA’s final transition schedule. The Agency Administrative Handling Fee will not exceed 0.34% and is included in quoted pricing.

CATEGORY B | ENTERPRISE SCALE
Category B supports enterprise-wide ITC/AV Service Solutions for large-scale initiatives spanning departments, locations, shared services, customers, or field offices:
IT managed services, IT service management, and enterprise service integration
Data, analytics, application, and platform services
Enterprise cybersecurity and cloud services
Program management and ancillary services required for an integrated enterprise solution
CATEGORY C | MISSION + PROGRAM SCALE
Category C supports ITC/AV Mission-Based Services through customized implementations tied to a defined mission, program, system, operational function, or outcome:
Innovation, information and data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
Application services, software development, systems integration, testing, and DevSecOps
Cybersecurity, cloud services, digital government
IT operations and maintenance, help desk, and database services
Training, technical analysis, program support, and other ancillary services
SCALE IS THE KEY DISTINCTION. Category B supports enterprise-wide implementations. Category C supports mission/program-level implementations. Service types may overlap, but product-only requirements are outside the scope of both service categories.

These awards expand the ways federal customers will be able to access NexGen’s IT capabilities once SEWP VI is operational. Agencies will continue to follow NASA SEWP VI ordering and fair opportunity procedures when competing requirements among eligible contract holders.
